Are you a Senior Leader from Manufacturing, Production or Operations within Engineering looking to take charge across two high performing sites, where you will make a huge impact to a fast-growing company, as you will have the autonomy to implement and improve change, as you lead & expand operations across two growing sites?

This is a dynamic, fast paced, interesting & varied role, which will involve travel between sites and has opportunities for international travel in the longer term to visit valued suppliers & customers.

The role:
Autonomous role with full operational ownership of 2 production sites
Overseeing two sites with ambitious plans to rapidly upscale production, headcount & services in the coming months & years
Driving productivity, efficiency & quality in a dynamic & fast paced environmentThe person:
Inspirational & impactful leader with previous experience in a senior operations role
Previous experience in the Manufacturing industry
