Are you an Operations Manager, Service Manager or Engineering Leader looking to join a global renewable energy business at the forefront of the wind energy sector?

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead regional wind farm operations across Co. Limerick, Tipperary, Clare and Offaly, managing field-based engineering teams while driving operational performance, safety and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

Lead service operations across multiple wind farm sites
Drive operational performance, turbine availability and service delivery
Full responsibility for QHSE compliance and safety culture
Manage budgets, KPIs, commercial performance and reporting
Lead and develop field-based engineering teams and team leaders
Resource planning, recruitment and workforce development
Manage customer relationships and operational escalations
Oversee inventory, stock management and major maintenance activitiesThe Person:

Management experience within wind energy, utilities, power generation or engineering services
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
Experience managing remote engineering or field service teams
Strong commercial, operational and financial awareness
Full Driving Licence and willingness to travel throughout the regionWhat's on Offer:
