No recruitment experience is needed we provide full training, guidance and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Salary & Package:
Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commissionWhat’son Offer:
30 days annual leave - including bank holidays, rising to 33 days after one year
Dedicated in-house training department providing industry-leading training and mentorship
Opportunity to complete a Level 3 Recruiter Qualification
Structured career progression and genuine development opportunities

About the Role:
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
Identifyand win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
Source,interviewand match candidates to suitable roles
Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and trainingHours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break
Office based role.
A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
