Location: Windsor (SL4)
Salary: £13.75- £14.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp- Perm
Proactive Global is currently recruiting for an experienced Assembly Technician to join one of our established clients based in Windsor.
About the Role:
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing products in line with manufacturing instructions, meeting quality standards, and delivering against the daily Production Plan.
This role involves both mechanical and electrical assembly, including handling small mechanical components and soldering.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to Manufacturing Instructions and Production Plan
Maintain quality standards and ensure attention to detail
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, including soldering
Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times
Maintain excellent housekeeping in the work area
Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement in manufacturing operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' continuous experience in an assembly environment
Proficient with mechanical and electrical sub-assembly work
Previous soldering experience is essential
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Positive attitude and willingness to develop skills
