Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership in Bristol, is seeking a Car Sales Manager to join their team due to promotion. The successful individual will lead a dedicated sales team, driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager or Business Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet and surpass sales targets
Promote outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships
Plan and execute engaging sales events and marketing campaigns
Analyse customer needs and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate customer data
Ensure compliance with franchise standards and company policies
Lead by example in delivering sales excellence and high customer satisfaction
Stay informed about new products, including electric vehicle models, and communicate features effectivelyRequirements of a Car Sales Manager:

Proven experience at a Car Sales Manager level within a franchise-approved dealership or a successful Business Manager seeking career progression

Strong customer focus and communication skills
A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
