Job Overview
Senior Architectural Technologist job in London. This role is suited to a technically focused professional with strong Revit expertise and experience delivering projects through key design and construction stages. Working across a varied UK project portfolio, you will lead technical design packages, coordinate project information and ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety requirements and environmental standards.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead technical drawing package delivery

Coordinate design information and documentation

Advise on regulatory compliance requirements

Undertake Designer Risk Assessments

Liaise with consultants and authorities

You will support project teams through all key stages using Revit Level 2 BIM processes, including COBie data production and project coordination.

Skills & Experience Required

Architectural Technology degree, HNC/HND or BTEC

CIAT or RIBA registered

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience

Strong Revit skills with 3+ years' use

Knowledge of UK construction legislation

Experience coordinating consultants, managing BIM information and undertaking health and safety risk assessments is required.
