Excellent opportunity for a Junior Administration Support Assistant to join a well-established company
They are a family business established in 2003.
They are primarily a sub-contract fabricator offering our customers unrivalled support in the design and manufacture of steel and stainless-steel and aluminium fabrications.
We are currently seeking a Junior Administration Support Administrator to join their team in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
This role is ideally suited to someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position, who is confident managing multiple tasks, supporting technical operations, and maintaining high levels of accuracy under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
* Production Administration
* Inputting requests for quotes
* Downloading Customer Drawings
* Raising Orders
* Creating Job packets
* Creating Route cards
* Creating Bills of Material
* Creating/ Printing Engineering Drawings
* Completing Order Administration & Producing Delivery Notes
* Purchasing Materials
* General Office Administration
* General Filing
Requirements
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Desirable Skills
* Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, or a technical industry
* Familiarity with order processing or job management systems

* £ 12.75 – 14.50 per hour depending on experience
* 38 Hours per week
* Mon – Thus 08:00 – 16:30 Fri 08:00 – 14:00
* Overtime available
* 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) + 1 day after 5 years’ service
