What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in Credit Control, Debt Recovery, Property Management, or a similar role.

* Strong knowledge of arrears management and debt recovery processes.

* Experience dealing with leaseholders, tenants, solicitors, or legal proceedings would be highly advantageous.

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.

* High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and reporting.

* A professional, customer-focused approach with the confidence to handle challenging conversations.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Why Join Us?

* Opportunity to manage your own portfolio and take ownership of outcomes.

* Work with an experienced and supportive team.

* Exposure to a broad range of property management, legal, and debt recovery matters.

* Competitive salary and benefits package.

* Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.

If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you
