We're working with a respected Housing Association in the Highlands to recruit a Housing Management Operations Lead. The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director of Business Transformation & Housing Management, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and delivery of housing management services.
You'll oversee key service areas including:
Tenancy Management
Allocations
Estate Management
Income Management
Tenancy Sustainment
Tenant Engagement
Anti-Social Behaviour Management
Customer Service and ComplaintsThis role offers the perfect blend of operational leadership and strategic involvement, giving you the opportunity to influence service improvements while remaining connected to frontline housing delivery.

Experience supporting, mentoring or leading teams
A passion for delivering excellent customer-focused housing servicesPrevious management experience would be advantageous, but we are equally interested in ambitious Senior Housing Officers who are ready to take the next step into a leadership position.
