The school is looking to appoint a committed and passionate teacher who can inspire pupils, deliver engaging lessons, and contribute positively to the wider life of the school. Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and outstanding Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

Role Highlights:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons that inspire a love of learning

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can achieve their potential

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and additional needs

Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes

Promote positive behaviour and encourage confidence, resilience, and independence

Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, school events, and extracurricular opportunities

Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning

About You:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have experience teaching within a primary school setting, either through placements or employment

Be passionate about helping children achieve their full potential

Have strong classroom management and organisational skills

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Be reflective, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous professional development

Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum

Be committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Share a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
