We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide PPA cover from Wednesday to Friday each week.

This role involves delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

About the School

The school is known for its friendly and inclusive atmosphere, where both staff and pupils feel valued. It is a newly built school with excellent facilities and resources, and is part of a well-established and supportive academy trust.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver pre-planned lessons across different year groups

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively

* Support pupils of all abilities

* Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment

* Work collaboratively with school staff

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Hold HLTA status or have relevant experience

* Have experience covering classes within primary settings

* Be confident delivering lessons independently

* Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills

* Be reliable, flexible, and professional
