Join a Growing Supported Housing Provider We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Housing & Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our team in Macclesfield.
This is a varied and rewarding role combining housing administration, tenancy management and maintenance co-ordination responsibilities, supporting the smooth operation of our supported housing portfolio across the local area.
Working closely with residents, contractors, local authorities and internal teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, compliant and well-maintained, while supporting the delivery of high-quality housing services.
The Role As Housing & Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating housing administration, tenancy-related processes, responsive repairs and planned maintenance across our supported accommodation portfolio.
You will act as a central point of contact for residents, contractors, local authorities and partner agencies, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and service standards are maintained.
What We're Looking For
Experience in housing administration, supported housing, property management, maintenance administration or repairs co-ordination.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience coordinating contractors and managing service requests.
Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
