The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
Complete high‑quality servicing, maintenance and repair work to manufacturer standards.
Carry out detailed inspections and identify required repairs or replacements.
Provide clear, professional technical advice when needed.
Deliver excellent customer service, helping build trust and repeat business.
Work closely with service advisors and workshop control to maintain an efficient workflow.
Support fellow Technicians and contribute to a positive workshop culture.
What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
Level 2 Technicians with strong dealership experience also considered.
Strong diagnostic ability and understanding of vehicle safety standards.
Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
MOT licence desirable but not essential.
Full UK driving licence required.
