Duties of an Service Advisor:

* Handle all paperwork accurately in accordance with brand and dealership standards
* Maintain the dealership’s professional image through outstanding customer service
* Cultivate and manage customer relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction
Requirements of an Service Advisor:
* Previous experience as an Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of automotive service processes and customer relationship management
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Motivated to develop and enhance skills within a reputable dealership environment
