The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring all commercial, operational, quality, and health & safety objectives are achieved. Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, this position offers the opportunity to play a key role in project delivery, client relationship management, team development, and wider business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from inception through to successful completion
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes effectively
* Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
* Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and presentations
* Identify and manage project variations and commercial opportunities
* Support business development activities, including preparing proposals and attending client meetings
* Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams and junior staff
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practice project management methodologies
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulationsRequirements:

Degree qualified in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or a related discipline
* Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager or similar leadership role
* Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and delivery frameworks
* Excellent commercial awareness and budget management experience
* Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organisational and planning abilities with a proactive approach
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software tools
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
