Our well-established Grantham based client is looking for a confident, articulate Customer Service Advisor to join a small busy team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced role and enjoys delivering a first-class customer service experience.
Duties include:
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders
* Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining accurate CRM records
* Supporting customer onboarding processes
* Liaising with operations, sales, and finance teams
To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role candidates must have previous customer driven skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach are essential. Intermediate Word and Excel and accurate data skills will also be required.
Confident working in a busy, fast-moving environment is essential for the Customer Service Advisor role.
Working Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm This is an excellent opportunity, with flexibility around start and finish times if needed.
