Development Manager (Residential Developer)
Ashford, Wicklow
€80-100k + Package
Responsible for managing new residential developments, managing from pre-planning through the planning process to handover. (Full Lifecycle)
Working on developments with planning approval and managing approved developments ensuring all planning conditions are met and adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the planning and delivery of residential development projects
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and local authorities
• Oversee planning applications and ensure compliance with planning conditions
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets
Project & Construction Coordination
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Monitor construction progress and quality standards
Compliance Management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant planning, building, environmental, and health & safety regulations
• Maintain accurate compliance and project documentation
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, and regulatory approvals
• Monitor contractor compliance with statutory obligations
• Ensure adherence to company policies and governance procedures
Stakeholder Management
• Act as key point of contact for stakeholders, local authorities, consultants, and contractors
Skills & Experience
• Experience managing residential developments (Housing/Apartments)
• Strong understanding of planning and compliance regulations
