Teacher of Computing & Digital Technologies
Permanent | Full-Time | Up to £51,691 per annum
Spencer Clarke Group is working with a highly successful further education provider to recruit a Teacher of Computing & Digital Technologies on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital curriculum team delivering a range of courses including A Level Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computing, Application Development and Networking. There is also the potential for additional Course Leader responsibilities for a suitably experienced candidate.
We welcome applications from both early career and experienced teachers who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
The role will involve:
Planning and delivering engaging Computing and Digital Technologies lessons
Supporting learner progress through effective assessment and feedback
Contributing to curriculum development and enhancement
Building links with employers, universities and other stakeholders
Supporting enrichment activities and industry-focused learning opportunities
Maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement
The successful candidate will have:
A degree in a relevant subject area
A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
Experience teaching Computing, Computer Science or related subjects
Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills
A commitment to continuous professional development and learner success

Salary up to £51,691 per annum
