About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Part-Time Site Administrator to join their team on a contract basis in central Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to provide essential support to a busy site-based operation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of site administration activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting site management and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the site team
Managing and maintaining site documentation and records
Processing timesheets, attendance records, and other site-related paperwork
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Updating internal systems and databases accurately
Assisting with filing, document control, and compliance documentation
Supporting site managers with reporting and administrative tasks
Coordinating meetings and maintaining schedules where required
Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and compliant with company procedures
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or site administration role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or site-based environments would be advantageous
