Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid)
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours

* Lead digital creative projects across brand, product and campaign activity
* Develop concepts, visuals and digital-first storytelling
* Manage and mentor designers, ensuring consistent quality
* Strengthen and evolve the brand toolkit
* Review work for accuracy, consistency and creative excellence
* Stay ahead of design, social and digital trends
* Champion emerging tech, including AI, to elevate creative output
About you
* Experience in a senior digital design role (agency or in‑house)
* Strong experience leading brand campaigns and digital creative
* Skilled across concepting, UX/UI, mobile-first design and motion
* Confident using Adobe CC (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma
* Strategic thinker with strong collaboration and leadership skills
* Curious, globally minded and passionate about big ideas
