An ambitious and high-performing secondary school in Greenwich is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Business to lead and develop a successful department.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to shape and deliver a high-quality Business curriculum across KS3–KS5, driving strong outcomes and inspiring students to excel.

The Role:

* Lead and develop the Business department across KS3–KS5

* Deliver engaging and high-quality Business lessons

* Drive student progress, attainment, and outcomes

* Develop and implement an ambitious and relevant curriculum

* Support and mentor staff within the department

The Ideal Candidate:

* QTS and a relevant degree (Business/Economics or related)

* Proven experience teaching Business across KS4 & KS5

* Previous leadership experience or readiness to step up

* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business education
