Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Chilled Warehouse

Minimum 37.5 hours per week | 5 days over 7 | Various shifts from 04:00
Overtime paid at 1.25x after 40 hoursWe are recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a modern chilled warehouse operation in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable role with ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Counterbalance FLTs safely within warehouse and loading areas
Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
Pick and prepare customer orders
Carry out stock replenishment and stock rotation
Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and health & safety
Work closely with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched on timeRequirements:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (renewed within the last 3 years)
Previous FLT experience within warehouse, FMCG, food production, or distribution environments
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Flexible and reliable approach to shift work
