Job Description
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Welfare Cleaner to work on a busy construction site in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within all welfare facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for site personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning site welfare facilities, including toilets, changing rooms, drying rooms, canteens, offices, and meeting rooms.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising all welfare areas.
Replenishing consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.
Emptying bins and removing waste in accordance with site procedures.
Conducting regular checks throughout the day to maintain cleanliness standards.
Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to site management.
Following all site health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Ensuring welfare facilities are clean, tidy, and ready for daily use by site operatives.
Requirements
Previous cleaning experience, preferably within construction or commercial environments.
Good understanding of cleaning methods and hygiene standards.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
CSCS Card Required
