💼 The Role

This is a true delivery role built around quality, not volume.

You’ll focus on:

Strategic headhunting and deep candidate engagement

Working with passive candidates in niche Defence markets

Market mapping and targeted outreach

Intelligent qualification – not high‑volume CV sending

Building trusted, advisory‑led relationships

Running candidate‑led BD alongside the consultant

You’ll be supported, trusted, and given space to do recruitment properly.
