Physiotherapist | Physiotherapy | Permanent | 37.5 hours | Fylde Coast

Spire Fylde Coast Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive team on a permanent full-time basis. The role will involve working in our Inpatient and Outpatient services.

This is a great chance to work within a leading private hospital, delivering high quality care to a wide range of patients.

This position is ideal for individuals who have experience of working in orthopaedics in both Inpatient and Outpatient settings.

Duties and responsibilities:

To provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice to patients within both Inpatient and Outpatient settings.
Discuss, agree and explain responsibilities for the physiotherapy assessment of patients, including their needs and any associated risk
Using clinical reasoning skills develop treatment plans that are appropriate to the patient taking into consideration their physiotherapy care, risks and wellbeing.
Be involved in service development, team audits, in-service training and staff development
Who we're looking for

* Degree (BSc Hons in Physiotherapy) or equivalent
* Be HCPC registered - your registration should not have any restrictions or conditions.
* Post graduate clinical experience within a clinical environment (NHS or Private Hospital)
* Experience of working in Orthopaedics in both an outpatient and inpatient setting.
* Experience of assessing, diagnosing and treating a varied caseload
* Excellent communication and organisational skills are key to continue our high standards of patient care
* Flexible approach to working patterns and clinical areas.
