Customer Service Key Accounts | Warwick | 12 Month FTC
Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for a key accounts role with an internationally recognised, premium brand? This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the world's most respected businesses in a customer service key accounts position, based in beautiful modern offices in Warwick on a 12 month fixed term contract, with a strong track record of retaining FTC employees beyond their initial contract.
The Role
This customer service key accounts role is not a standard position. You will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, managing the end-to-end customer experience from order placement through to delivery. As the primary point of contact for your accounts, you will attend customer meetings, present information and drive resolutions on anything from order queries and delivery issues to logistics discrepancies and product availability.
Day to day you will be processing customer service requests and orders accurately and within agreed timelines, proactively identifying and communicating issues before they escalate, coordinating with internal teams across sales, logistics and operations, and maintaining detailed records of all key accounts interactions within internal systems including SAP.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in a customer service or key accounts role within a B2B environment
Strong track record of managing accounts or complex customer relationships end to end
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Able to work at pace, prioritise effectively and perform under pressure
Good IT skills across Excel, Outlook and CRM systems, SAP experience desirable
