What You'll Be Doing:
Transformational 1:1 Support: Work closely with individual secondary-aged students who thrive outside the traditional classroom box.
Active Learning: Utilise outdoor education, bushcraft, sports, and practical hands-on activities as tools to build confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Curriculum Integration: Deliver engaging, practical sessions that bridge the gap between outdoor activity and personal development/academic progress.
Mentorship: Act as a positive role model, helping students overcome barriers to learning and manage their behaviour effectively.

The Right Attitude Over Pieces of Paper: We welcome applications from both Qualified and Unqualified individuals. Your ability to connect with young people is what matters most.
An "Outdoor Person": Experience in outdoor education, forest schools, sports coaching, youth work, or military/scout leadership is highly desirable.
Secondary Sector Savvy: Experience working with secondary-aged students, particularly those with additional needs or challenging behaviours, is a massive plus.
Resilience & Empathy: A calm under pressure, adaptable nature, and a genuine desire to make a difference in a 1:1 capacity.
