Bar and Waiting Team Member - Pancake House

Longleat Forest | £12.87 per hour plus an average of £4.78 per hour in shared tips*

The Pancake House offers sweet and savoury Dutch-style pancakes in a relaxed, family-friendly spot.

Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one

Join our Pancake House team, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests and delivering exceptional service. You'll handle orders, serve food and drinks and play a key role in creating great experiences.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and seating guests

Taking orders and serving food and drinks

Handling payments and keeping the dining space tidy

Supporting bar service (age restrictions may apply)

Your working hours

The Pancake House is open 7 days a week from 8:30am to 4:30pm

Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 7:30am and 5pm

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you

We're open to experience but it's not essential - we'll provide full training. You'll thrive in this role if you have:
