We are currently recruiting a Primary Curriculum Co-ordinator for a specialist school in the Manchester area. The school is part of a group of specialist provisions across the North West and Midlands who cater for children with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH). This is a full-time, permanent position, with the potential to start immediately.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development, implementation, and quality assurance of the schools' curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the provision.
* Support and coach staff, lead curriculum-focused CPD, monitor curriculum delivery, and work closely with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for pupils.
* Form part of a wider Curriculum Team led by the Head of Curriculum, contributing to the strategic development of teaching and learning across the whole organisation.
