Warehouse Office Administrator

Temporary Position – 3 to 6 Months

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Office Administrator to join busy warehouse team on a temporary basis for 3–6 months.

This is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience who is organised, reliable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

* Handle general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and archiving documents

* Assist with order processing and producing Goods Received Notes (GRNs)

* Communicate with HGV drivers and book wagons in on arrival

* Support the warehouse operation with day-to-day office tasks

Requirements

* Previous administration experience preferred, ideally within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments (although not essential)

* Good computer skills and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively

As you become more familiar with the role, additional responsibilities will be introduced, including processing outgoing orders and supporting wider warehouse operations.
