Full Stack Developer (Delphi/Angular/Java Spring Boot) - 12 months+ - Luxembourg

For a leading organisation operating in a complex technical environment, we are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the development and maintenance of modern applications and services.

You will join a long-term programme with strong technical challenges, working across Delphi, Angular, and Java technologies within a collaborative and high-performing team.

What you will do

. Develop and maintain applications using Delphi (10.3 "Rio")
. Build modern Front End solutions with Angular (v16+)
. Develop Back End services using Java (v19+) and Spring Boot (3+)
. Design and maintain APIs (REST; SOAP is a plus)
. Write unit tests and ensure code quality and reliability
. Work with Oracle databases and SQL/PL/SQL
. Contribute to system improvements, architecture, and technical design

Knockout criteria (mandatory)

. 5+ years of experience in Delphi development
. 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (Angular & Java Spring Boot)
. Strong expertise in:
o Delphi 10.3 "Rio"
o Angular (16+)
o Java (19+) & Spring Boot (3+)
. Proven experience with API design (REST mandatory, SOAP is a plus)
. Experience with unit testing and SQL/Oracle databases
. French (written) C2 - mandatory

What we are also looking for

. Experience with Angular Material
. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL (procedures, functions, packages)
. Experience with higher Angular (v20+) or Spring Boot (3.5+) versions is a plus
. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
. English written B2+
. Luxembourgish spoken A1/A2+ is a plus

Assignment details

. Start: ASAP/to be confirmed
. Duration: 12 months+
. Hours: Full-time
. Location: Luxembourg (onsite initially, remote possible after probation period)
. Contract type: Freelance
