About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Curriculum Co-Ordinator to join our team and play a key role in shaping and enhancing the quality of education across our provision.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educational leader who is committed to driving high standards of teaching and learning, supporting staff development, and ensuring positive outcomes for pupils with a range of additional needs.

Essential Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Strong leadership experience within an educational setting

Proven experience in curriculum leadership and development

Experience working with SEND and/or SEMH learners

Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills

A commitment to inclusive education and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and quality assurance of the curriculum

Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across the provision

Support, coach, and mentor teaching staff

Deliver and lead curriculum-focused CPD and training

Monitor curriculum delivery, impact, and pupil progress

Work collaboratively with senior leaders to drive school improvement initiatives

Contribute to the wider strategic development of teaching and learning

Support the delivery of outstanding educational outcomes for all pupils
