Customer Sales Administrator
£26,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)
Commutable from Chester (Eccleston, Tattenhall) and Wrexham (Farndon, Rossett)

The Role:
Our client is a well-established company who provide a fast and reliable repair and maintenance service supporting their client base nationwide. We are supporting them with their recruitment of a Customer Sales Administrator to join a friendly team.
The responsibilities of the Customer Sales Administrator:
Process quotations and invoices, ensuring accurate data entry and database updates.
Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) in line with company procedures.
Liaise effectively with internal departments, including customer service, to support smooth operations.
Input and maintain data using Sage and bespoke internal systems.
Follow up with suppliers to track deliveries and obtain proof of delivery (POD).
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure completion and collection of signed job sheets.
Provide general administrative support across the team as required.
The successfully appointed Customer Sales Administrator will have:
A background in administration.
The ability to use a CRM system as well as Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
IT literate.
Attention to detail.
Organised and able to work methodically.
