We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Wrexham. This is an opportunity to join a growing provider with local authority contracts in place, strong leadership support and the autonomy to play a key role in developing the service.
What's on offer:
£38,000-£45,000.
Flexitime.
28 days annual leave.
Dedicated in-house recruitment support.
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
Leading the day-to-day operations of the homecare service, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery.
Managing and developing office and care staff to drive performance, engagement and retention.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, local authority commissioners and healthcare professionals.
Supporting the growth of the service through a combination of privately funded care and local authority contract opportunities.
Maintaining high standards of CIW compliance, governance and quality assurance across the service.
Registered Manager Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care or live-in care.
Strong knowledge of CIW regulations, compliance and governance frameworks.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
