We're working with an award-winning hospitality group that's built a reputation for exceptional food, outstanding drinks, and unforgettable guest experiences. With high-volume, design-led venues and an ambitious growth plan, they're looking for experienced General Managers to take the reins of flagship sites in Central and South West London.
This isn't your typical pub or restaurant management role. We're looking for commercially minded leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to build high-performing teams while delivering exceptional service standards.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading a large, high-volume premium venue with a strong food and drinks offering.
* Driving sales, profitability and operational excellence.
* Building, coaching and inspiring a passionate management and front-of-house team.
* Delivering an outstanding guest experience every single day.
* Managing P&L, labour, stock and all commercial aspects of the business.
* Creating a positive culture where people want to work and guests want to return.
What we're looking for:
✔ Proven experience as a General Manager within a premium, high-volume hospitality business.
✔ Several years of GM experience in quality-led operations with a significant food offering.
✔ Background in premium restaurant, bar or gastro pub environments.
✔ A strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results.
✔ Natural leadership skills with the ability to develop and retain exceptional teams.
✔ Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
