Site Manager – Brighton MET College Fitout / Refurbishment

Contract Length: Minimum of 6 weeks - Rolling Contract
Location: Brighton

The Shore Group are working with a Sussex-based fit-out contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fitout and refurbishment project at Brighton MET College.

This individual will act as the No.1 on site for this fast-paced £1.5 million project, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

Note: Strong M&E knowledge is highly desirable.

Project Scope

The project consists of a refurbishment of the 1st floor and a new fitout of the ground floor entrance area, including:

* New vinyl flooring

* New ceilings

* New lighting installation

* New wall finishes/decorations

* Integration of CCTV within allocated locker spaces

* New FF&E

* Installation of new catering equipment

* Demolition works

* Glazing

* M&E works including new power, lighting, CCTV, and access control systems

Requirements

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid
