Proclinical is seeking a Core Lab Sales Specialist to join a dynamic sales team, focusing on delivering innovative diagnostic solutions to healthcare providers. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth, building strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, and contributing to improved patient outcomes through cutting-edge product offerings.

Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed sales targets by expanding the Blood Sciences product range and fostering customer advocacy within NHS and private accounts.
Identify and manage new business opportunities strategically, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to grow market share.
Engage in consultative selling by advising customers, creating tailored solutions, and transforming service delivery models for maximum impact.
Develop and execute clear sales action plans to maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet business objectives in a competitive environment.
Lead and contribute to successful tender responses for new business acquisition and retention.
Collaborate effectively within the organization, including matrix management, to support the overall success of the sales team.
Continuously gather customer and market insights to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills and Requirements:

A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer-centric solutions.
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and influence a diverse customer base.
Ability to make informed business decisions and consistently deliver value.
Experience in sales, account management, or the healthcare sector is preferred.
Familiarity with tender processes and matrix management is advantageous.
