Graduate Architectural Technologist

Up to £28K per annum
A great opportunity to join a growing, design-focused architectural practice working on a diverse range of refurbishment and new-build projects across multiple sectors.
About the Role
Assist in the production of technical drawings and details using AutoCAD and Revit, including plans, elevations, and construction details in line with industry standards.
Support the development of CAD drawings from SketchUp models, surveys, and project information.
Collaborate with team members and external consultants to produce design documentation for refurbishment and new-build projects.
Assist in reviewing drawings and technical information to ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant standards.
Contribute to planning, building control, and statutory approval submissions.
Support the preparation of specifications (including NBS) and tender documentation.
Attend site visits, surveys, and project meetings to support project delivery.
Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with resolving design and construction queries (RFIs).Candidate Profile
A recent graduate in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with an understanding of technical drawing principles.
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods (academic or practical).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn from senior colleagues.
Motivated to develop professionally and work towards CIAT accreditation.
