£110-£120 per day

Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain meaningful experience working with children before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy or Teaching?
Long Term Futures is working with a number of primary schools across Westminster to identify ambitious graduates seeking hands-on experience supporting pupils with a range of learning, behavioural and additional needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your understanding of child development, special educational needs and classroom practice while making a genuine difference to pupils' progress and wellbeing.

About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams to:
* Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 during lessons and learning activities
* Work with children with ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language Needs and SEMH
* Deliver targeted interventions to support learning and development
* Build positive relationships and encourage pupil engagement
* Support emotional regulation and social development
* Gain exposure to a range of SEN strategies and classroom approaches
* Develop valuable experience for future careers within education and psychology
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for graduates keen to develop practical skills within a supportive school environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* A graduate in Psychology or a related subject
* Strong interest in child development, SEN or mental health
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient, resilient and eager to learn
* Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
* Looking to secure a long-term role from September
