Hales Group are looking for a confident, experienced Administrator, for our client based near to Bury St Edmunds. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to a busy technical team, ensuring customers are kept informed of project progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the central coordinator for all correspondence required to progress customer projects
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout their project journey
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Liaise with customers, and third parties, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination
Raise and process payment requests for project-related activities
Handle applications relating to customer requirements
Carry out any additional duties as requested by the department Manager
Data entry into in-house systems

Experience / Knowledge /Skills required:

Experience engaging directly with customers
Ability to use Microsoft Office or similar software
Strong verbal communication skills

Desirable
Awareness of health and safety legislation
