Head of Production

We are seeking a Head of Production to lead and oversee all aspects of our production operations.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring efficient delivery, maintaining quality standards, and leading high-performing production teams.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping production strategy, optimising processes, managing resources, and supporting business growth while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop production teams.
Oversee production planning and delivery.
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior production leadership role.
Strong people management and communication skills.
Experience delivering operational improvements.
Commercially aware with strong organisational skills.
