We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance & Due Diligence Administrator to support our ongoing payroll and supply chain compliance processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, desirably with a payroll background with understanding of umbrella Company Legislation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively, full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
SafeRec & Supply Chain Compliance
• Share payslips with MSP’s (Managed Service Providers) and End Clients via the SafeRec platform within allocated deadlines
• Download and maintain updated due diligence reports
• Save, file, and organise Supply Chain Reports received through SafeRec
• Upload individual payslips to the SafeRec platform each month for audit purposes
Internal Due Diligence & Payroll Compliance
• Request monthly RTIs and corresponding payslips from all umbrella companies
• Verify that RTIs and payslips accurately match
• Maintain and update umbrella company compliance files and checklists
• Ensure all records are properly indexed and expiry dates are diarised and monitored
• Support ongoing internal compliance and audit processes
Skills & Experience
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
• Experience working with payroll, compliance, or due diligence processes is desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
