We are pleased to represent our client in recruiting a highly skilled MOT Technician for their busy dealership in Weymouth, Dorset.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to join a reputable, growing national automotive company committed to service excellence and employee development.

Conduct MOT testing in strict compliance with DVSA regulations and standards
Perform vehicle servicing and repairs, including fitting brakes, exhausts, and other mechanical components
Execute fast fit tyre fitting, operate and understand alignment equipment
Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards
Maintain a professional and clean appearance, including wearing uniform as an MOT Technician
Deliver excellent customer service, liaising effectively with clients
Complete additional tasks as directed by management while adhering to safety protocolsRequirements of the MOT Technician:
Valid MOT Licence with current certification
Proven experience in mechanical repairs, fast fit work, tyre fitting, brakes, exhausts, suspension, and general servicing
Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
Full UK Driving Licence held for at least six months (considering age restrictions and driving offences)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, following all safety procedures
