We are seeking multiple Teaching Assistants to support the school on a flexible day-to-day basis, with opportunities to secure regular long-term placements.

Responsibilities
Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs within the classroom and around the school
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, personalised, and inclusive learning activities
Supporting pupils' academic, social, emotional, and personal development
Building positive relationships that promote confidence and independence
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement with learning
Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils to develop life skills and achieve individual targetsEssential Requirements
A minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience working with children or young people is desirable
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
The ability to provide a minimum of two years' employment and/or education references
At least one reference must specifically comment on your experience and interaction with children or young people
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain oneWhy Apply?
