I'm working with a well-established manufacturing business in Bradford that is looking to appoint an FP&A Analyst to join its growing finance team. This is a key role within the organisation, supporting strategic decision-making through the delivery of high-quality financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across the business
Producing detailed financial analysis and performance reporting for senior management
Analysing operational and financial KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
Preparing monthly variance analysis, providing insight into business performance
Developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning and decision-making
Partnering with operational and departmental stakeholders to provide financial support and challenge
Assisting with the preparation of board packs and management presentations
Supporting capital expenditure analysis and investment appraisals
Identifying and implementing improvements to reporting processes and financial systems
Supporting strategic projects and providing commercial insight to senior leadership teams
The client is looking for:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
Previous experience within an FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partner, or Management Accounting role
Strong experience delivering budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of data
