Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for Howmet Aerospace in Exeter. This role offers the opportunity to join a global aerospace manufacturer working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Duties:

Operate high-pressure washing equipment within the production process.
Handle and process aerospace components.
Maintain strict quality and safety standards at all times.
Work as part of a busy production team.
Carry out physically active tasks in an industrial environment.

Requirements:

Enjoy hands-on, practical work.
Good physical stamina for a demanding role.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
Flexible to work rotating shifts.
Manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential.
