Gap Personnel is recruiting Production Operatives to join our client's production team based in Canvey Island / Leigh-on-Sea.
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour
Hours: 12:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
Type: Temporary – Ongoing
Location: Canvey Island / Leigh-on-Sea
Key Duties:
Picking and preparing goods for production and dispatch.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Cooking products in line with production requirements and schedules.
Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitoring production processes and reporting any issues to supervisors.
Cleaning production areas, machinery, and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
Following all company health and safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food production environment is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
Willingness to undertake training where required.
No shellfish allergies.
Food Hygiene & H&S training required (provided by Gap Personnel).
