Experienced Primary Teaching Assistant - Level 2, Level 3 or Equivalent**
Full-Time | Long-Term Role | Aspire People
Aspire People are currently working with primary schools looking to appoint experienced **Teaching Assistants** who hold a Level 2 qualification or above and have a proven track record of supporting teaching and learning within UK primary schools.
The successful candidate will be confident supporting pupils academically and socially while contributing positively to the wider school environment.
Schools are particularly interested in candidates who have experience delivering interventions and supporting children across different ability levels.
**Responsibilities Will Include:**
* Classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Delivering targeted intervention programmes
* Supporting pupil progress in core curriculum subjects
* Assisting with classroom management and organisation
* Working alongside teachers to adapt learning where required
* Encouraging independence and positive learning behaviours
**Requirements:**
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
* Recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
* Experience delivering intervention sessions
* Positive and professional attitude
* Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
