The school is looking for somebody who can hit the ground running and provide high-quality classroom support while delivering interventions and helping pupils make strong academic progress.
Applicants must hold a **Level 2 qualification or above** and have recent experience working within a UK primary school setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supporting pupils within classroom lessons
* Delivering interventions in Reading, Phonics, Maths, and Writing
* Supporting pupils on a small-group and occasional 1:1 basis
* Working closely with teaching staff to support attainment targets
* Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
* Assisting with assessment activities and pupil progress monitoring
**The School Is Looking For Someone Who:**
* Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher
* Has worked within a UK primary school within the last 2 years
* Has strong curriculum knowledge across primary education
* Is confident delivering intervention work independently
* Has excellent organisational and communication skills
* Works effectively as part of a wider school team
