What will the Financial Controller role involve?
• Overseeing financial reporting and compliance to ensure accurate and timely submissions
• Leading and developing a skilled finance team to support operational requirements
• Managing US GAAP reporting and liaising with internal and external auditors
• Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory and internal standards across all financial matters
• Driving process improvements to optimise accounting workflows
• Supporting strategic decision-making through the provision of insightful financial analysis

• Proven experience managing accounting functions and leading teams, with a strong understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations
